Our core service includes guidance on preparing and submitting refund claims for eligible VAT and duty-free purchases. We handle document review, claim filing, and follow-up with tax authorities on your behalf.

We offer digital guides, checklists, and templates to help you understand refund procedures. Access is delivered instantly upon purchase.

2.3 Physical Goods

From time to time, we may offer printed manuals or other materials. These are shipped to the address you provide during checkout.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

If you cancel at least 3 business days before the agreed start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the fee paid. Cancellations received less than 3 business days before start are not refundable, as we allocate staff and resources in advance. In lieu of a refund, you may request one free reschedule within 60 days of the original date.

3.2 Information Products

All sales of digital products are final once access is granted. If you experience technical difficulties accessing the product within 14 days of purchase, contact us for assistance or a credit toward another product.

3.3 Physical Goods

You may return unused goods within 30 days of delivery. The items must be in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

4. Rescheduling and Transfers

Service appointments may be rescheduled once without charge by notifying us at least 3 business days before the session. Further changes incur a nominal fee. Information products and physical goods are not eligible for rescheduling or transfer.
